Due to circumstances during manufacturing an actual item's weight may vary slightly from the stated weight. We try our best to keep these variations to a minimum and/or try to avoid it all together, however because of design intricacies it is at certain times unavoidable. Some merchandise may weigh slightly more then what is stated and some may weigh slightly less. We will always measure out the total weight of an order and let you know in advance of the weight variations which may occur and invoice you according to the actual gram weight your order.

All our items are 14K Gold, .925 Sterling Silver as hallmarked on each item. All shipments are fully insured to provide the highest level of security.
Jewerly U Deserve represents a different manufacturer for each product line and each product line has its own guarantee and returns policy. Read return information completely so returns can be shipped in accordance with the stated return policy to receive proper credit for returned merchandise.
Returns
Items maybe returned within 30 days. Please notify us at sales@jewelryudeserve.com within 5 days of receiving your shipment with your intention to return. Your refund will be issued for the purchase amount minus shipping and a 10% re-stocking fee.
Instructions for Return Merchandise:
- For returns, immediately contact Jewelry U Deserve at sales@jewelryudeserve.com. Please include your name, email address, name of item, item number and the reason you want to return the merchandise.
- We will email you back with the instructions on where to mail your items.
- Place the item in the original box with all the original shipping materials, do not return jewelry in envelopes or padded envelopes.
- You can ship your item via any carrier. Be sure to ship with a return receipt or tracking number for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. Please be sure to insure the return package for the full purchase price as we will not be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
